African Food for Thought

Having had the privilege to work with the Grandmothers group / Stephen Lewis Foundation (SLF), I was brought on to design a cookbook. Recipes were created and tested with various people and groups from around the world, and I was asked to put it all together. I lead the process of designing the book's layout, content flow and colour palette. My target audience included users who appreciated a larger font; deeper margins for keeping the book open; and it had to be infused with a high visual contrast of colour.
