Interior Design + Accessibility

​House went through two renovations. First it was stripped back to the cinder blocks and then put back together with a basement apartment. As project manager, I hired various crews to redo plumbing, electrical and I completed final interior design. Second renovation, I took over as Site Manager and completed everything from spray foam to selecting final finishes on cabinets and in bathrooms. The objective was to use the space efficiently to fully separate two households; review energy efficiency and add elements to help save money in the future; and completed interior design.
